1. Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and MMG Collective LLC ("MMG," "we," "us") covering your use of this website and any free resources we provide through it. By using the site, you accept these terms. Enrollment in the MMG Agent Growth Lab program itself is governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties; if these terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement controls.

2. Services Overview

Through this site, MMG provides information about a coaching and implementation program for licensed real estate professionals, along with the ability to book a discovery call, submit an application, and access free educational resources.

3. Eligibility & General Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site. The program is intended for licensed real estate agents, team leaders, and broker-owners. You agree to provide accurate information in any form or application you submit.

Information you submit through forms or bookings is handled under our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them in our marketing, subject to any separate written agreement about how they may be presented.

6. Payment Terms

No purchases are made through this website. Program fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are stated exclusively in the written services agreement provided before enrollment. If you use financing of any kind to pay for services, that decision and its risks are yours alone; MMG is not a lender and receives no compensation from lenders.

7. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the email below and give us 30 days to work toward an informal resolution. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both parties waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Disputes relating to the program itself are handled as described in the signed services agreement.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information and is incorporated into these terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time for conduct that violates these terms or harms the site, other users, or MMG.

11. Brokerage Compliance

You are solely responsible for making sure your participation in the program and your use of anything you learn complies with the policies, rules, and regulations of your own brokerage, your state licensing board, the REALTOR® Code of Ethics where applicable, and all advertising and telemarketing laws in your market. MMG does not guarantee that any strategy fits the requirements of any particular brokerage, and the program does not require or encourage you to change brokerage affiliation.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

The site and its content, including text, design, logos, images, video, frameworks, and program materials, are owned by MMG Collective LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. No Implied Endorsements

References on this site to third-party platforms, tools, brokerages, or public figures do not imply that they endorse MMG or that MMG endorses them. Testimonials reflect the individual experience of the person giving them and do not imply any relationship between MMG and that person's brokerage.
