Trademark Infringement Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your trademark, email the same address with "Trademark Notice" in the subject line, identifying the mark, its registration details if any, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and the basis of your claim. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Counter Notification Procedures
If material you posted was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notification to the same address including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

If we receive a valid counter notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant informs us they have filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, we will terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
