It is not employment, a franchise, a business opportunity under any state business opportunity law, or a promise of income. What you get out of it depends on what you put into it.

The case studies and figures on this website describe the real experiences of specific clients in specific markets. They are shown to illustrate what the system can produce, not to promise what you will earn. Your results will depend on your market, license status, effort, follow-through on the daily operating system, economic conditions, and factors outside anyone's control. References on this site to a performance guarantee summarize a conditional service guarantee that exists only inside a signed written services agreement; its exact conditions, measurement, and remedy are defined there, and that agreement controls over anything on this website.

Jonathan Guzman is a licensed managing broker. The MMG Agent Growth Lab is operated by MMG Collective LLC and is separate from any brokerage he is affiliated with. Participation in the program does not create any brokerage relationship, does not require you to change brokerages, and is not an inducement to affiliate with any particular brokerage. You remain responsible for ensuring that your marketing and lead-generation activities comply with your own brokerage's policies and your state's license law. Testimonials that mention a brokerage reflect only that individual's experience and imply no relationship between MMG and that brokerage.
